Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of adda, operated by Augmex Technologies at https://adda.cfd. By accessing or using adda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

adda is a private, invitation-only workspace application. There is no public sign-up; accounts are created and managed by a workspace administrator within an organization. Each workspace is separate, with its own members, content and settings.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, and notify your administrator or us promptly of any unauthorized use. Your administrator may manage, deactivate or remove your account.

• Do not use adda for anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing on others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other workspaces, or other users’ data.
• Do not disrupt or overload the service, or attempt to circumvent its security or access controls.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

You retain ownership of the content you create in adda. You grant Augmex Technologies the limited rights needed to host, store, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the service for you and your workspace. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to share it.

adda can connect to third-party services (such as Google) at your option. Your use of those services through adda is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. By connecting an account, you authorize adda to access that service on your behalf to provide the features you enable; you can disconnect at any time.

adda, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Augmex Technologies and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

Your use of adda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

adda is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Augmex Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) adda.

Your administrator may remove your access at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of adda after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
